No one takes the authentication of autographs more seriously than we do at The Captains Armband. We do not buy from outside agencies, we deal exclusively with the stars themselves or in a very few instances their official representatives. 

We pride ourselves in our unrivalled contacts and have supplied many of the other UK and International memorabilia companies with signed items obtained directly from our arrangements with the top sports stars.

For authentication purposes all our signing sessions are photographed. We include details of when and where the item was signed, giving you the peace of mind that comes with dealing with a professional and highly regarded sports memorabilia company.

Each item purchased will come with a corresponding Certificate of Authenticity, see example below.
